Introduction of Nutrient Solution of Silicon Sulfonated With Elemental Sulfur S8 for the Mini-tuber Production of Potato Cultivars from in vitro Micro-tuber

This study with aims to investigate the effect of nutrient solution sulfonated silicon elemental sulfur S8 in mini-tuber production potato cultivars greenhouse Potato Research Station Ardabil Province, Iran was done during April till August 2022. experiment carried out based on factorial experimental design two factors and three repetitions. The first factor levels including: 1. foliar spraying 2. Control (without S8) second consists micro-tubers five name Agria, Jelli, Anosha, T297 Sheida. S-8 stages vegetative growth, plant growth development, tuberization, flowering tuber development bulking. results analysis variance showed that there a significant difference between solution, interaction terms number weight per square meter, height.
